Sparta monitors events from EHR systems and identifies eligible patients early in the patient journey - at the time of appointment scheduling, hospital admission or office visits. Based on the rules defined by researchers, Sparta will connect to the Clinovera Data Pipeline infrastructure and export patient data into research repositories based on Common Data Models such as OMOP, i2b2, CDISC, FHIR ,and others.
